Vico Chocolate Malt Waffles
Waffles are eaten throughout the world, particularly in Belgium, which has over a dozen regional varieties. Waffles may be made fresh or simply heated after having been commercially cooked and frozen.
Ingredients
- 64g baking powder
- 64g Vico chocolate malt
- 1.9g salt
- 1.3g cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 85g butter melted
- 11.8g vanilla
- 96g chocolate chips
Direction
Step 1: Combine ingredients and Vico malt powder into a large bowl and stir until combined.
Step 2: Pour batter into waffle iron and cook. Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar as prefferred and serve.
